Brilliant film with plenty of depth it holds you to the very end,as you wonder if these people will find what they are looking for in life,it was very intertwined story and it was very well put accross I loved it.

Gripping story, you are introduced to the characters in a short part of their lives when hope is distant. The miracles that bring them back from despair and how they influence each others lives. A small gritty part for Patrick, still my favourite actor.
Think this will go among my favourites February 25, 2010 H. Vendelbo (London) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I found it deeply revitalising to watch. It's a moral story without the preaching. Throughout most of the story the characters are out of their depth, looking for a way to restore their life. They all go on a journey. Some come out alive, some don't. But all move on somehow. It really reminds me of an H. C. Andersen story, a great fairy tale.
Great Movie August 8, 2010 Mr. Pc Marlow (London, UK) Wow! I was blown away by this film, it's a really gritty, dark and moving story which shows the no-frill deep seated side of life on the wrong side of town. I love the way it intertwines the individual journeys of each of its characters, as they weave through there sordid lives. A great watch!
